After seeing the benefit what we’d already achieved, Ginny and Greg wanted to take their online marketing to the next step by upgrading and customising their website with new branding and a strong new visual identity. The job was a big one but we stepped up to the challenge. Working with their branding designer, we have given their website undergo a complete overhaul, with a new customised design, an extended product range as well as new navigational assets and user elements.

With the ever growing success of the original business, Greg and Ginny have decided to expand with Virginia’s Vintage Hire Scotland! Again, we’ve worked closely with them to build a new website for this company and manage their marketing efforts and it’s looking like the Scotland branch is going to be just as successful as the core business!

Sam Munden came to Complete Marketing Solutions via a recommendation from a previous client who been impressed with our services and was kind enough to refer us to Berkshire based hairdresser, Sam Munden, who was looking for a new website for her business”Sam’s Hair Design”.

The first stage involved designing a logo for Sam’s Hair Design. The brief was to create something that was based on a vintage style theme, possibly in deep aubergine, dark brown and cream. Sam wanted something that was pretty, feminine and sophisticated, but not pink and flowery!

After submitting an initial range of design ideas to Sam, we worked with Sam’s feedback to refine our ideas into a final design that she was happy with. The final design took on a vintage mirror style with her company name in the centre, as a reference to hairdressing and to fulfil the vintage theme.

Once the logo and branding was complete, we designed the assets for the website around the branding themes. The website uses interactive features that direct users through the site intuitively such as interactive sliders, image galleries, maps, social media icon buttons and hyper-linked text.

Adventure Camping at the Ultimate Adventure Centre – A New Look for a new Season

In 2013, The Ultimate Adventure Centre launched a new campsite in Bideford – Adventure Camping. The campsite was a huge hit with visitors who were able to choose from 3 camping options – traditional, tepee and wooden lodges. On the back of this success, we were keen to push things further and expand to help grow the business. Over the winter, extensive work has gone on at the Ultimate Adventure Centre to add new accommodation lodges (Atlantic Lodges), shower blocks and a café.
These physical updates have been mirrored on our side with changes to the website and marketing efforts. Complete Marketing Solutions have been working on the Adventure Camping Website to update it with new content and give it a fresh new feel with a modern and more interactive theme.
To aid customer engagement and increase online sales, we have added an easy to use booking system to make it quick and simple for customers to book online at any time. We also added a Snap Engage live chat feature so that website visitors can ask questions live on site. This combination of live chat and an online booking system is working effectively to increase engagement and drive online and offline sales.
