It’s not often you get to coincide your interests with work, but this was one of those occasions. I was approached by Ben from Pacelab to bring together two existing websites and an abandoned third attempt by an offshore developer.

As we deleved under the skin of the brief it became apparent that the website that they wanted was going to quite complicated in the back end in order to deliver a fairly simple customer exprience. we used all of the existing assets as the starting point and then developed several bespoke elements in order to deliver the website that the client had been wanting for a number of years.

The website includes a multi-step questionnaire which examines the user’s needs and is then integrated with the shopping cart so they can then buy the programme that is right for them. This and other elements involved a large degree of custom development.
